VERY IMPORTANT CLASS AGREEMENT (please read this!)
As this class is online, I am not able to check your postures for safety or alignment. I will do my best to lead you safely with verbal cueing and visual demonstrations, but I am not able to address all of the many modifications and adjustments that are appropriate for the numerous conditions of students.
If you have an injury, are recovering from surgery, or are living with a physical limitation or disability, please be prepared to modify all poses and self-advocate to stay safe.
It is your responsibility to check with your doctor or physical therapist to find out what types of movements you should not do and if this class is safe for you.
