The month before the Spring Equinox is traditionally a time for detoxification and cleansing.
Prepare to shed the stagnation and old habits of the last year and embrace 2023 with vigor, clarity and awareness.
Here’s what we’ll do:

- Track your food for 21 Days – Tues, Feb 28th – Mar 21st
- Practice Drinking your Food and Eating your Drinks
- Four Weekly Qigong for Digestion classes – Tues at 9am Pacific ($60 value)
- Use Nonviolent Communication practices to address cravings and unconscious eating.
- Meet with the group weekly to share experiences and celebrate growth. (After the Qigong class)
What do I need?
- Download a food tracking app – I recommend Lifesum but other apps or journaling can work too.
- Join the Qigong classes live or On Demand. Class themes will support detoxification and internal cleansing.
- Nonviolent Communication templates to address cravings and unconscious eating will be provided.
What is Qigong?
Qi (Chee) Gong is an ancient healing art that originates in China and is practiced all over the world. Combining powerful stances with graceful movements, you will develop better balance, feel more energy and release stress and tension. No props are required.
